REFRESHER CAPSULES CONDUCTED BY MAHA SAINIK TRAINING CENTRE, KOLHAPUR FOR MESCO SECURITY GUARDS

Maha Sainik Training Centre, Kolhapur conducted seven IOCL and one GAIL Refresher Capsules for MESCO Security Guards. A total of 232 Security Guards were trained in these Capsules. The Capsule was conducted by   Mr PA Panari, Mr KR Salokhe, Mr SC Patil, and Mr SR Patil, the MSTC Staff. The Capsule was basically a Field Training Exercise with major emphasis on the practical demonstrations linked with theory. Various subject handouts were given to the trainees during these Capsules. All the Regional Managers, responsible for the respective Depots, were present during entire duration of the Capsule to oversee the conduct and liaison with the IOCL Officials. At the end of each Capsule, the Refresher Capsule Training Certificates were awarded by the respective Area Manager, IOCL/RM. The Capsules were highly appreciated by IOCL Management and the trainees themselves. IOCL Management urged for their conduct every year. In addition, Security Refresher Capsule was conducted for a total of 113 Security Guards at Paras (Akola) for two hours each on three different days.  This included a drill lesson every day too for the Security Guards. The Capsule photographs are placed below.
