1. MESCO Utility Center at Sangli was
inaugurated on 30Nov 2013 by Col (Retd) Suhas S Jatkar, Director of
Sainik Welfare and Managing Director Maharashtra Ex-Serviceman Corporation Ltd.
(MESCO). On this occasion Maj (Retd) RG Kulkarni, General Manager MESCO, Col
(Retd) PN Dhole, ZSWO Sangli and Ex Capt Vidyadhar Pol, Regional Manager MESCO
were also present. The aim of establishment of the utility Center is to make
available all types of forms recurred by ex-serviceman, Xerox Machine,
Lamination and any other assistance
required by ex-serviceman .Besides, transport has also been made available at
reasonable rate for the conveyance of ESM Railway Station / Bus Stand to ESM
Rest House.
2. On this occasion Col (Retd) Suhas S
Jatkar mentioned that it is his endeavour to construct a Sainik Sankul at each
district place where all facilities for ESM viz ZSWO’s Office, ESM Rest House,
Military Boys and Girls Hostel, CSD Canteen, ECHS Polyclinic are available at
one place.
