1. MESCO
Utility Center Kolhapur was inaugurated on 01 Dec 2013 at the hand of Col
(Retd) Suhas S Jatkar, Director of Sainik Welfare and Managing Director
Maharashtra Ex-Serviceman Corporation Ltd. (MESCO). On this occasion Maj (Retd)
RG Kulkarni, General Manager MESCO, Lt Col Suhas Naik ZSWO Kolhapur, Col (Retd)
PN Dhole, ZSWO Sangli and Ex Capt Vidyadhar Pol, Regional Manager MESCO were
also present. The aim of establishment of the utility Center is to make
available all types of forms required by ex-serviceman, Xerox Machine,
Lamination and any other assistance required by ex-serviceman .Besides, transport
has also been made available at reasonable rate for the conveyance of ESM from Railway
Station / Bus Stand to ESM Rest House.
2. On
this occasion Col (Retd) Suhas S Jatkar mentioned that, it is his endeavour to
construct a Sainik Sankul at each district place where all facilities for ESM
viz ZSWO’s Office, ESM Rest House, Military Boys and Girls Hostel, CSD Canteen,
ECHS Polyclinic are available at one place.
